Slovenia, putting artificial intelligence in medicine to work
Recently, Forbes published the story "AI Is the Future, And Slovenia Holds the Key”, stating that when artificial intelligence (AI) was more than just a science fiction buzzword, Slovenia was one of the first countries to embrace it - as far back as the early 1970s.
Based on the outstanding achievements of not only Slovenian researchers, but also the global research community, what are your predictions? How will the development of AI solutions change lives? Will AI redesign healthcare?
However, society also faces the major issues of prejudice, fear of AI and machines replacing humans or making errors. Can we, as a society, deal with the consequences of AI automation in medicine in a sensible, ethical and responsible manner?
